My name is John P. Broesch, and I have been a full time Real Estate professional since March of 1988. During my career with CBSHOME Real Estate I was a Top Sales Agent, a Top Listing Agent, and a Top Referral Agent. I served on the company advisory council, shaping company policy and providing ideas for continued company growth. My yearly sales production was consistently in the top 10% of all Real Estate agents in Omaha.
For three years I was the full-time manager of the Boyer Young Real Estate office of 60 agents, and was a part-time sales associate. In 2008 Mark Boyer and Tim Young, the owners of Boyer Young Real Estate, had a opportunity to purchase part of the Omaha Keller Williams franchise. After the transition was complete I decided to resume a full time Real Estate sales position with Keller Williams Realty. I served on the originial Keller Williams Greater Omaha Agent Leadership Council.
I have experience in purchasing homes and reselling these homes for profit. Real Estate investing has been a passion even before I received my Real Estate license in 1988. Since 2005 I have purchased and resold eight homes with net profits from $4,500 to $27,000. I also own two residential rental homes in west Omaha. Having these first hand experiences has given me the additional knowledge necessary to help my clients in every aspect of their Real Estate needs.
